CALL TO ORDER Art Schuldt, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. B. ROLL CALL Jayme Gilmour called roll and stated a quorum was present. C. PUBLIC HEARING/ACTION 1. P-2-22 – The application of Christian Mudd, Mudd Sibley Enterprises, LLC for a Zoning Amendment to change the zoning classification of a certain tract of land being .899 acres, more or less located at 3501 Swan Lake Road from B-2 (Limited Business) to B-3 (General Business) Bossier Parish, Louisiana. (northwest corner of Swan Lake Rd. and Duckwater) (Police Jury District 5) Christian Mudd was present. Mudd: Thank you for being here. Initially I came here wanting B-3 to start with. We went to B-2 because at the time we didn't have a business looking to engage in any activity needing B-3. Since then, we have gone back to the drawing board. I am actually looking to put the liquor store that we have at a second location here in Bossier called Sterling Spirits 2. Schuldt: Is this building for three tenants or two tenants? Mudd: It is made for four tenants. We will have three tenants because we are going to use two for the liquor store. It is a four tenant space but will go down to three. Schuldt: Is a drive through required? Mudd: Yes. A drive through is required. We actually shifted the building from its original plans. The drive through was on Suite A on the west side of the building. We shifted it to the end on Suite C. That way we are on the end cap and we have the drive through. McDaniel: Is the Swan Lake entrance issue resolved? Mudd: Yes. We have resolved that with Eric. At this time, we are not proceeding with the Swan Lake entrance. We are going to do a different entrance on Duckwater. Schuldt: Any questions? Anyone here wanting to speak on this application? If not, I will entertain a motion. Hadden made a motion to approve P-2-22 for public hearing. McDaniel seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. D. ADJOURN Art Schuldt adjourned the meeting 2:06 p.m.
