SPECIAL MEETING of the BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, KENTUCKY December 21, 2004, 7:00 p.m. I, Mayor Sandy Jones of the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky, pursuant to KRS 83A.150(4), do hereby call a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 21, 2004 in the Fiscal Court Room at the Warren County Courthouse, 429 E 10th Avenue, for the following: CALL TO ORDER INVOCATION/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL PUBLIC HEARING The purpose of this public hearing is to review past use of funds and program performance for the Downtown Revitalization Renaissance I Project funded in part by the Kentucky Community Development Block Grant program.
