Ordinance No. BG2016 – 6 ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE (Second Reading) Ordinance rezoning tracts of land containing 2.65 acres from HB (Highway Business) to RM-4 (Multi-Family Residential) located at 110, 124 and 138 Audley Avenue, presently owned by Charles and Barbara English 2. Ordinance No. BG2016 – 7 ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF (Second Reading) GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS An Ordinance of the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky authorizing the issuance of City of Bowling Green, Kentucky General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2016C in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $26,310,000 for the purpose of refunding all or a portion of (i) the outstanding City of Bowling Green, Kentucky General Obligation Public Project Bonds, Series 2008A, the proceeds of which financed the costs of the construction and installation of a baseball stadium and related approved public infrastructure costs, and (ii) the outstanding City of Bowling Green, Kentucky General Obligation Public Project Bonds, Series 2008B, the proceeds of which financed the costs of the acquisition, construction, installation and equipping of the Greenwood Fire Station and the expansion of Fire Department Headquarters and the Airport Fire Station; approving the form of bonds; (Agenda-February 16, 2016) authorizing designated officers to execute and deliver the bonds; authorizing and directing the filing of notice with the State Local Debt Officer; providing for the payment and security of the bonds; creating a bond payment fund; authorizing acceptance of the bid of the bond purchaser for the purchase of the bonds following the advertised sale of the bonds; and repealing inconsistent ordinances 3. Municipal Order No. 2016 – 26 Municipal Order authorizing adoption of the revised City of Bowling Green Public Safety Promotional Procedures (Filed 02/09/2016, 8:40 a.m.) 4. Municipal Order No. 2016 – 27 Municipal Order authorizing and accepting Bid #2016-33 for Police uniforms from Bluegrass Uniforms, Inc. of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Gall’s, LLC of Lexington, Kentucky and Nat’s Outdoor Sports of Bowling Green, Kentucky (Filed 02/09/2016, 11:00 a.m.) 5. Municipal Order No. 2016 – 28 Municipal Order approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute the Motorcycle Lease Agreement with Motor Sports of Bowling Green, Inc. to extend the lease term for one year for lease of four standard police package Harley-Davidson motorcycles for the sum of one dollar ($1.00) each (Filed 01/28/2016, 3:30 p.m.) 6. Municipal Order No. 2016 – 29 Municipal Order approving the advertisement for bids and distribution of a preliminary official statement for the purchase of City of Bowling Green, Kentucky General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2016C in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $26,310,000, authorizing the Mayor to issue a certificate of award to the successful bidder and authorizing the payment of all necessary costs of issuance from bond proceeds (Filed 02/03/2016, 7:30 a.m.) 7.
