Municipal Order No. 2016 – 134 Municipal Order approving the creation of a Syringe Access Exchange Program by the Warren County Health Department (Filed 06/28/2016, 10:00 a.m.) 15. Municipal Order No. 2016 – 135 Municipal Order of the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky approving recommendations of Warren County Downtown Economic Development Authority, Inc. to amend the Local Development Area of the WKU Gateway to Downtown Bowling Green Tax Increment Financing District, expressing its intent to approve a new development project located partially in the existing development area and partially in the amended development area, and directing City staff, in cooperation with Warren County Downtown Economic Development Authority, Inc. and Warren County to initiate the statutory actions necessary to amend the local development area (Filed 06/28/2016, 9:15 a.m.) 16.
