Ordinance No. BG2018 – 26 ORDINANCE ADOPTING ANNUAL CITY BUDGET (Second Reading) Ordinance adopting the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky Annual Operating Budget for Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2018 and ending June 30, 2019, by estimating revenues and appropriating funds for the operation of City government 2. Ordinance No. BG2018 – 27 ORDINANCE RELATING TO CLASSIFICATION/PAY (Second Reading) SCHEDULES Ordinance amending the Classification/Pay Schedules “G” for General Classified, “S” for Protective / Sworn, “D” for Department Head / Management, and “U” for Unclassified Part-Time Employees, and authorizing pay increases for Fiscal Year 2019 3. Ordinance No. BG2018 – 28 ORDINANCE ANNEXING PROPERTY BY CONSENT (Second Reading) Ordinance annexing a total of approximately 0.629 acre of property located at 570 Lovers Lane, with property presently owned by Greenhills Development Partners, LLC, with said territory being contiguous to existing City limits; and further approving an associated Economic Development Annexation Incentive Agreement (Agenda-June 19, 2018) 4. Ordinance No. BG2018 – 29 ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE (Second Reading) Ordinance rezoning tracts of land containing 85.329 acres from AG (Agriculture) to HI (Heavy Industrial) located on Mizpah Road, presently owned by the Inter-Modal Transportation Authority, Inc. 5. Municipal Order No. 2018 – 111 Municipal Order approving the promotion of Meghan R. VanMeter to the position of Senior Office Associate in the Parks and Recreation Department (Filed 06/12/2018, 9:30 a.m.) 6. Municipal Order No. 2018 – 112 Municipal Order approving the Career Path Advancement of Marcos A. Gonzalez to the position of Operations Technician I in the Public Works Department (Filed 06/12/2018, 9:30 a.m.) 7. Municipal Order No. 2018 – 113 Municipal Order approving the probationary appointments of Joshua W. Minton and Matthew T.
