Ordinance No. BG2019 – 30 ORDINANCE ANNEXING PROPERTY BY CONSENT (Second Reading) Ordinance annexing 11.75 acres of property located on the U.S. 31-W Connector Road from Kelly Road to the CSX railroad owned by the Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, and 20.53 acres of right-of-way for a total of 32.28 acres with said territory being contiguous to existing City limits 3. Ordinance No. BG2019 – 31 ORDINANCE RELATING TO BUDGET AMENDMENT (Second Reading) Ordinance approving Amendment Number Three to the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky Annual Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2019 (Agenda-July 2, 2019) 4. Municipal Order No. 2019 – 108 Municipal Order approving the probationary appointments of Mirzana Mujanovic and Megan Sundell to the position of Communications Dispatcher in the Police Department (Filed 06/21/2019, 8:00 a.m.) 5.
