Municipal Order No. 2022 – 11 Municipal Order approving the reappointment of Chuck Glass to the Workforce Recruitment and Outreach Committee 3. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 12 Municipal Order approving a contract through cooperative purchase with Atlantic Emergency Solutions, Inc. of Yorktown, Virginia through the cooperative purchasing contract with Houston-Galveston Area Council for the purchase of two fire trucks in the total amount not to exceed $2,100,059 4. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 13 Municipal Order authorizing and accepting annual OnBase Content Management software maintenance through a sole source from ImageSoft, Inc. of Royal Oak, Michigan in the amount of $51,125.62 (Agenda-January 18, 2022) 5. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 14 Municipal Order approving Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) Agreement among the City of Bowling Green, the County of Warren, the Board of Education of Warren County and Fruehauf, Inc. related to the construction and installation of an industrial facility in the City of Bowling Green 6. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 15 Municipal Order authorizing and approving a Workforce Participation Project Agreement between the City of Bowling Green, Warren County Fiscal Court and CrowdSouth, LLC 7. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 16 Municipal Order authorizing reimbursement to Operation P.R.I.D.E. for the construction of a retaining wall on Scottsville Road in the amount of $80,000 8. Ordinance No. BG2022 – 1 ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE (Second Reading – Binding) Ordinance rezoning a tract of land containing 0.8887 acre from HB (Highway Business) and LI (Light Industrial) to RM-4 (Multi-Family Residential) located at 0 Enterprise Court, presently owned by Wayne and Elva Overholt, with Matt Fuqua as the applicant 9. Ordinance No. BG2022 – 2 ORDINANCE ANNEXING PROPERTY BY CONSENT (Second Reading – Binding) Ordinance annexing 232.20 acres of property located on Freeport Road presently owned by the Inter-Modal Transportation Authority, Inc. with said territory being contiguous to existing City limits 10. Ordinance No. BG2022 – 3 ORDINANCE RELATING TO CLASSIFICATION/PAY (Second Reading – Binding) SCHEDULE Ordinance amending the Classification/Pay Schedule “U” for Unclassified Part-Time Employees of the City of Bowling Green for Fiscal Year 2022 11.
