Municipal Orders require one reading and vote
1. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 29 Municipal Order approving the probationary appointments of
Olend Crabtree, Shaun Phillips and Michael Samec to the
position of Parks Facility Maintainer I in the Parks and
Recreation Department
2. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 30 Municipal Order approving the probationary appointment of
Andrew LaFavers to the position of System Engineer I in the
Information Technology Department
3. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 31 Municipal Order authorizing adoption of the revised City of
Bowling Green Police Promotional Procedures
4. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 32 Municipal Order approving the continuation of agreements for
local and out-of-town card fuel service with Valor, LLC and
bulk fuel supply service with Key Oil Company
5. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 33 Municipal Order authorizing and accepting Bid #2022-33 for
soft drink vending from Pepsico Beverage Sales, LLC, d/b/a
Pepsi Beverages North America of Bowling Green, Kentucky
in the amount of $47,714.45

6. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 34 Municipal Order authorizing the acceptance of an award for
Homeland Security Grant funds related to the CBRNE
equipment project through the Kentucky Office of Homeland
Security for the purchase of an uninterruptible power supply
for the Police Department in an amount of $62,800
7. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 35 Municipal Order authorizing the acceptance of an award for
Homeland Security Grant funds related to the CBRNE
equipment project through the Kentucky Office of Homeland
Security for the purchase of hazardous materials equipment for
the Fire Department in an amount up to $16,750
8. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 36 Municipal Order approving and authorizing the Mayor to
execute a lease agreement with Warren County for the lease of
Haz Mat / WMD / Technical Rescue Team equipment in the
amount of one dollar ($1.00)
9. Ordinance No. BG2022 – 7 ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE
(First Reading – Non-Binding) Ordinance rezoning a tract of land containing 1.16 acres from
AG (Agriculture) to OP-R (Office/Professional - Residential)
located at 0 Glen Lily Road, presently owned by Southern
Kentucky Fair, Inc., with J.B. Bridgeman as the applicant
10. Ordinance No. BG2022 – 8 ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE
(First Reading – Non-Binding) Ordinance rezoning tracts of land containing 31.51 acres from
AG (Agriculture) and RS-1A (Single Family Residential) to
RS-1D (Single Family Residential) located at a portion of 0
Clifford Way and 0 Juliet Way, and 0 Whitecotten Drive,
presently owned by Rivers Landing Edge, LLC, with Mark
Williams as the applicant
11. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 37 Municipal Order authorizing and accepting a Product
Development Initiative Grant funds from the Kentucky
Association of Economic Development, Kentucky Cabinet for
Economic Development, for the Inter-Modal Transportation
Authority, Inc.
12. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 38 Municipal Order authorizing adoption of the Strategic Plan
2022-2032 for the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky

13. Ordinance No. BG2022 – 5 ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE
(Second Reading – Binding) Ordinance rezoning a tract of land containing 6.75 acres from
AG (Agriculture) and HB (Highway Business) to RM-3
(Townhouse/Multi-Family Residential) located at 216 Old
Lovers Lane, presently owned by Browning Investors, LLLP,
with TCP Properties, LLC as the applicant
14. Ordinance No. BG2022 – 6 ORDINANCE ANNEXING PROPERTY BY CONSENT
(Second Reading – Binding) Ordinance annexing 67.069 acres of property located at the
intersection of Lovers Lane and Middle Bridge Road, with
property presently owned by Bale of Kentucky Limited Family
Partnership, and 5.73 acres of right-of-way, for a total of
72.799 acres with said territory being contiguous to existing
City limits
