Ordinance No. BG2022 – 60 ORDINANCE AMENDING CODE OF ORDINANCES (First Reading – Non-Binding) Ordinance amending Chapter 2 (Administration) of the City of Bowling Green Code of Ordinances related to revisions to the Police and Firefighters’ Retirement Fund and other administrative changes 17. Ordinance No BG2022 – 61 ORDINANCE AMENDING CODE OF ORDINANCES (First Reading – Non-Binding) Ordinance amending Chapter 17 (Personnel Policies) of the City of Bowling Green Code of Ordinances related to employees participating in the County Employees’ Retirement System 18. Ordinance No. BG2022 – 62 ORDINANCE ANNEXING PROPERTY BY CONSENT (First Reading – Non-Binding) Ordinance annexing 300.05 acres of a portion of properties located on Freeport Road presently owned by the Inter-Modal Transportation Authority, Inc. with said territory being contiguous to existing City limits 19. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 262 Municipal Order authorizing and approving the City of Bowling Green to appropriate American Rescue Plan Act funding in the amount of $2 million and further approving a Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Bowling Green and Salvation Army 20. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 263 Municipal Order authorizing and approving the City of Bowling Green to appropriate American Rescue Plan Act funding in the amount of $2 million to the Neighborhood and Community Services Department for an affordable housing project 21. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 264 Municipal Order authorizing and approving the City of Bowling Green to use the standard allowance for the Local Fiscal Recovery Fund as authorized by the American Rescue Plan Act in the amount of $10 million designated to assist with the construction of a public safety training center 3 (Agenda-December 6, 2022) 22.
