Municipal Order No. 2024 – 48 Municipal Order authorizing renewal of Bid #2023-45 for Police Department uniforms from CMS Uniforms & Equipment Company, Inc. of Nashville, Tennessee, Galls, LLC of Lexington, Kentucky and Nat’s Outdoor Sports of Bowling Green, Kentucky 3. Municipal Order No. 2024 – 49 Municipal Order authorizing and accepting a proposal from Valor Oil of Bowling Green, Kentucky related to a Request for Proposals for motor fuel supply contracts, RFP #2023-28, and further approving the Legal Department and City staff to enter into a contract with Bowling Green Municipal Utilities and Valor Oil 4. Municipal Order No. 2024 – 50 Municipal Order approving the Public Transit Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) update for the City of Bowling Green Transit Program and authorizing its submission to the Federal Transportation Administration (FTA) (Agenda-March 19, 2024) 5. Municipal Order No. 2024 – 51 Municipal Order authorizing the submission of a grant application for funding through the 2023 Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) Grant from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in an amount up to $3,835,166 6.
