Ordinance No. BG2025 – 9 ORDINANCE ANNEXING RIGHT-OF-WAY BY (Second Reading – Binding) CONSENT Ordinance annexing a total of approximately 7.09 acres of right-of-way located on Freeport Road, with property presently owned by Warren County, with said territory being contiguous to existing City limits 19. Ordinance No. BG2025 – 10 ORDINANCE ANNEXING PROPERTY BY CONSENT (Second Reading – Binding) Ordinance annexing a total of approximately 0.5117 acre of property located at 0 Old Barren River Road, with property presently owned by Covington Farms Development, LLC, with said territory being contiguous to existing City limits 20. Ordinance No. BG2025 – 11 ORDINANCE RELATING TO BUDGET AMENDMENT (Second Reading – Binding) Ordinance approving Amendment Number Four to the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky Annual Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2025 21.
