SPECIAL MEETING of the BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, KENTUCKY May 6, 2005, 9:30 a.m. I, Mayor Elaine N. Walker of the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky, pursuant to KRS 83A.150(4), do hereby call a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, May 6, 2005 in the Commission Chamber of the City Hall, 1001 College Street, for the following: CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL Municipal Order No. 2005 –99 Municipal Order approving the Year 2 Annual Action Plan of TABLED the Consolidated Plan for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Entitlement funding and authorizing its submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development CLOSED SESSION Pursuant to KRS 61.810 (f) for the purpose of discussion which might lead to the appointment of an Interim City Manager. PERSONNEL HEARING Which may require a closed session pursuant to KRS 61.810 (f) for the purpose of discussion which might lead to the discipline or dismissal of an individual employee without restri cting thate mploy e e ’ sr ight to a publ ic hear ing if requested.
