Walker of the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky, pursuant to KRS 83A.150(4), do hereby call a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky beginning at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24, 2005 in the Commission Chamber at Bowling Green City Hall, 1001 College Street, for the following: CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL CLOSED SESSION Pursuant to KRS 61.810 (c) for the purpose of discussing proposed litigation on behalf of the City. No action will follow this closed session.
