SPECIAL MEETING of the BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, KENTUCKY June 28, 2005, 3:30 p.m. I, Mayor Elaine N. Walker of the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky, pursuant to KRS 83A.150(4), do hereby call a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky beginning at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28, 2005 in the Commission Chamber of the City Hall, 1001 College Street, for the following: CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL 1. Ordinance No. BG2005 –26 ORDINANCE APPROVING APPOINTMENT TO CITY (Second Reading) BOARD Ordinance approving the appointment of Arthur M. Reynolds to the Bowling Green Municipal Utilities Board 2. Ordinance No. BG2005 –27 ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE (Second Reading) Ordinance rezoning a tract of land containing 0.293 acre from RM-3 (Multi-Family Residential) to OP-R (Office Professional-Residential) located at 1209 Smallhouse Road, with binding elements, presently owned by William and Christine Hanshaw 3. Ordinance No. BG2005 –28 ORDINANCE APPROVING GENERAL OBLIGATION (Second Reading) LEASE AGREEMENT Ordinance approving a lease with Branch Banking and Trust (BB&T) Company for the permanent financing of the 14th Avenue Realignment and Operations Division Relocation Projects; providing for the payment and security of the Lease; and authorizing the execution of various documents related to such Lease 4. Ordinance No. BG2005 –29 ORDINANCE ADOPTING ANNUAL CITY BUDGET (Second Reading) Ordinance adopting the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky Annual Operating Budget for Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2005 and ending June 30, 2006, by estimating revenues and appropriating funds for the operation of city government (Agenda-June 28, 2005) 5.
