SPECIAL WORK SESSION of the BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, KENTUCKY January 29, 2008, 4:00 p.m. I, Mayor Elaine N. Walker of the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky, pursuant to KRS 83A.150(4), do hereby call a special work session of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 29, 2008 in the Commission Chamber of City Hall at 1001 College Street for the following:  Discuss Sale of Gas Franchise and alternative fee structures.  Update of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Project for Downtown. There will be no action taken by the Board of Commissioners at this special work session.
