WORK SESSION of the BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, KENTUCKY IN CITY HALL COMMISSION CHAMBER April 19, 2005, 4:00 p.m. ITEM FOR DISCUSSION: A. Continuation of Budget Preparation: Review draft departmental goals, objectives and related performance measures. (Public Works, Parks and Recreation, and Housing and Community Development) B. Review and discuss an update to the Employee Healthcare Fund and Insurance Program. C. Presentation by Kentucky League of Cities regarding the process in finding a City Manager. There will be no action taken by the Board of Commissioners at this work session. ____________________________________________________________________________________ PUBLIC HEARING There will be a public hearing to begin at 6:00 p.m., or immediately following the conclusion of the work session if after 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this public hearing is to solicit public comments regarding the submission of the City of Bowling Green’ s 2005-2006 Action Plan for the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds received as an entitlement community.
