MINUTES GENERAL COMMITTEE MEETING FEBRUARY 3, 2025 A General Committee Meeting was held on Monday, February 33, 2025. Chairman Kim Luebrecht called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. In attendance were, Alderman Mark Bair, Alderman Terry Burris, Alderman McCoy Thompson, and Alderman Myron Arttus. Alderman Kirkpatrick was absent. Also in attendance were City Attorney Malaine Hagemeier, and City Administrator/Clerk Linda Luebrecht. A quorum was present and due notice posted. Reports Alliance Water Resources/LaDon Atkinson-Written report submitted. Building Inspector/Code Enforcement/Tony Windmiller-Written report submitted. Chief Tylor Bounds-Written report submitted Fire Chief Adam Mitalovich-Written report submitted (Tony reported) Park Board-written report – Linda Luebrecht (no report given) City Clerk/Administrator Linda Luebrecht-Written report submitted. Old Business 1. Discussion on Oasis splash pad contract – Oasis rep was on speaker phone answering questions. City Clerk will talk with representative after meeting for more clarification on payments. No votes taken New Business 1. Discuss revising hangar rental agreement. Alderman Bair made a motion to have City Attorney revise hangar contract to include line saying “The Lessor reserves the right to install security cameras inside any hangar occupied by planes which are not all owned by the same owner.” Second by Alderman Arttus. Motion carried by unanimous vote. Miscellaneous and Visitors Adjourn to Executive Session Pursuant to Section 610.021 (1), (2), (3) RSMo @ 6 pm Alderman Bair made a motion to adjourn to Executive Session Pursuant Section 610.021 (1) (2) (3) RSMo. Second by Alderman Thompson. Motion carried by unanimous vote. Legal (RE) issues discussed Adjourn Back to Open Session Alderman Burris made a motion to adjourn back to Open Session. Second by Alderman Bair. Motion carried by unanimous vote. Adjourn Alderman Luebrecht made a motion to adjourn meeting. Second by Alderman Burris. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
