The minutes of the August 14,2024 meeting of the Board were approved as ctfculated/amended as follows: -------- — REQUESTS FOR VARIANCE Alan and Lisa Mayberry, 1446 Conneaut Avenue, had requested a variance to allow the construction of a driveway extension (approximately 576 square feet in area), which would be 17 feet wider than the maximum width allowed based on the width of the garage to which it leads. Jay Sockman moved, Judy Ennis seconded, that the variance be granted as requested. Motion carried.
