Charlevoix County Parks Millage Application Consider the recommendation from the Parks and Recreation board to approve submitting a Charlevoix County Parks Millage application funding request in the amount of $10,000 for Phase 1 of the Little League renovation project and adopt the attached resolution supporting the application of the project and authorize the City Manager to sign all of the required documents to secure the funds. C. Lofts of Lake Street State Funding Request Consider the recommendation from City Manager Michael Cain to authorize staff to request the State funding as presented. D. Cemetery Grounds Maintenance Services Consider the recommendation from City Clerk/Treasurer Jessica Puroll to present at the next regular City Commission meeting the bids received with the pricing. 10.
