Splash Pad Donation Consider the recommendation from the Parks and Recreation Board for the splash pad and to move forward with project after staff investigates the annual operational and maintenance cost and check references of the business regarding installation and services. B. View Corridor Restoration – Avalanche (face of hill) Consider the recommendation from the Parks and Recreation Board to have tree removal within the marked boundaries on the face of Avalanche hill and have City staff work with volunteers to complete the work. C. Diamond Dust – Rotary Park Ball Fields Consider the recommendation from the Parks and Recreation Board to approve the purchase of diamond dust for the two baseball fields out of funds from the current budget and have it installed as soon as possible. D. Update on the quote for the Stryker cot auto load for 51A2 Consider the recommendation from EMS Director John Lamont to authorize the additional purchase of the auto load cot upgrade, its installation and the 5-year service agreement for an additional $5,958.96, paying cash, and authorizing the City Manager to execute any necessary documents. E. Director of Public Works Confirmation Consider the recommendation from City Manager Michael Cain to confirm the appointment of Michael LeMay as DPW Director for the City of Boyne City as presented. F. Director of Emergency Medical Service Confirmation Consider the recommendation from City Manager Michael Cain to confirm the appointment of Brenda Willson as EMS Director for the City of Boyne City as presented. G. Closed Session Request Consider the request from City Manager Michael Cain to go into closed session for discussion of collective bargaining strategy as provided in MCL 15.323 (a) of the Michigan Open Meetings Act (PA 317 of 1976). 10.
