REPORTS OF OFFICERS, BOARDS AND STANDING COMMITTEES A. Main Street Board Draft Minutes – June 2, 2022 B. Airport Advisory Board – June 23, 2022 8. OLD BUSINESS 9. NEW BUSINESS A. Property at 820 Main Street, Boyne City Consider the request from Executive Director of Northern Homes CDC to approve the transfer of the two lots at 635 East Main Street to the Charlevoix County Land Bank to be included in the Brownfield Redevelopment Plan. B. Granicus Contract Renewal Proposal Consider the recommendation from Planning Director Scott McPherson to approve the proposal from Granicus for a one-year contract for short term rental address identification services for a total price of $6,740.50. C. Pickleball Court Grant Improvements – Phase 2 Consider the recommendation from City Manager Michael Cain to authorize staff to proceed with ordering the additional fencing from Harbor Fence Company in the amount of $5,507, and eight benches from BSN Sports for $3,602.31 for the Rotary Park Pickleball Courts per the approved Charlevoix County Parks Millage 2022 funding request. 10. GOOD OF THE ORDER 11. ANNOUNCEMENTS  The next regular City Commission meeting is scheduled for July 26, 2022 at 12:00 p.m.  The short term rental work session meeting is scheduled for August 16, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. 12.
