Drinking Water Asset Management (DWAM) Material Investigation Bids Consider the recommendation from City Manager Michael Cain to approve awarding the Water Service Material Investigation field work bid to the low bidder Monchilov Sewer Service in the amount of $89,575 and authorize the City Manager to sign the necessary paperwork. 9. NEW BUSINESS A. National Library Week – April 7-13 2024 Proclamation B. State Act 51 Annual Street Update Consider the recommendation from City Manager Michael Cain to review the provided materials and advise staff if there are any streets it would like them to determine if reclassification as a Major Street is possible. C. Re-Scheduling Third Budget Work Session Consider the recommendation from City Manager Michael Cain to consider when the Commission would like to hold its third budget work session and unless an alternate date and/or time works better that the Commission schedule it to be held on Wednesday, April 3rd starting at 8:00 a.m. in the City Hall Parkview room. 10. ANNOUNCEMENTS • City offices will be closing at 11:30am on Friday, March 29, 2024 in observance of Good Friday. • The third City Commission budget work session is proposed for Wednesday, April 3rd at 8:00 a.m. • The next regular City Commission meeting is scheduled for April 9, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. 13.
