Consider the request from City Manager Michael Cain to go into closed session for the purpose of attorney client privilege discussion pursuant to Section 8(h) of the Open Meetings Act (MCL 15.268(1)(h)) to discuss material protected by the attorney client privilege, which is exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act (MCL 15.243(1)(g)). B. Consider the request from City Manager Michael Cain to go into closed session for the purpose of hearing complaints or charges brought against, or to consider a periodic personnel evaluation of, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Open Meetings Act (MCL 15.268(1)(a)). 5.
