City Manager Interim Continued Discussion Consider the recommendation from City Clerk/Treasurer Jessica Puroll to discuss and determine next steps regarding the selection and hiring of an interim City Manager. B. City Manager Recruitment Continued Discussion Consider the recommendation from City Clerk/Treasurer Jessica Puroll to discuss the recruitment firm proposals and make a determination on which firm to engage moving forward. 9. NEW BUSINESS A. Boyne City Marina – Project Scope Change Directive No. 3 Consider the recommendation from Executive Assistant Jennifer Eads to approve change order #3 for the Boyne City FMG Marina Project in the amount of $27,000 and to authorize the City Manager or City Clerk/Treasurer to execute the necessary documents. B. Boyne City Marina Waitlist Consider the recommendation from Executive Assistant Jennifer Eads to review the provided marina waitlist materials and provide City staff with direction on next steps. C. Interim Airport Manager Proposal Request Consideration to discuss and determine next steps. D. Paramedic Tuition/Wages Scholarships Consider the recommendation from EMS Director Brenda Willson to authorize the City Clerk/Treasurer to sign the Michigan Center for Rural Health 2025 EMS Workforce Paramedic Initial Education Scholarship Application as presented. E. 2025 Street Lighting Purchase Consider the recommendation from Director of Public Works and Utilities Doug Varney to award a purchase order contract for six (6) of the above quoted street lights for the Boyne City street lighting from Standard Electric for a total cost of $21,748.23, and to authorize the City Clerk/Treasurer to execute the necessary documents. 10. GOOD OF THE ORDER 11. ANNOUNCEMENTS • City Offices will be closed on Monday, May 26, 2025 in observance of Memorial Day • The next regular City Commission meeting is scheduled for May 29, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. 12.
