City of Boyne City, Tax Tribunal Case No. 25-001704-TT), because an open meeting would have a detrimental financial effect on the litigating or settlement position of the City. 2) Pursuant to MCL 15.268(1)(h), to consider attorney-client privileged material exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act (MCL 15.243(1)(g)). 5.
