NOTICE is hereby given of a Regular Meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Brady,
McCulloch County, State of Texas at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at the City of Brady Municipal
Court Building located at 207 South Elm Street, Brady, Texas for the purpose of considering the following items.
The Planning and Zoning Commission reserves the right to meet in closed session on any of the items listed
below should the need arise and if applicable, pursuant to authorization by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas
Government Code.

property located at 1308 South Melville Street, Doty Stone Subdivision, Lot 5,

regarding a request for a Zoning Change from Single Family Residential to
Tom Flanigan Manufactured Home District for property located at 1308 South Melville
Commission Member Street, Doty Stone Subdivision, Lot 5, Block 8.
B. A public hearing to receive comments from the public regarding an amendment to
Lisa Selensky the City of Brady Zoning Ordinance, Use Chart and Commercial District
Commission Member regulations, to allow a concrete or asphalt batching plant (permanent) as a permitted
use by Specific Use Permit (SUP) within the Commercial (C) District.

notice was posted on March 4 , 2026, by 5:30 p.m. and will remain posted continuously for 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting pursuant to Chapter
551 of the Texas Government Code.

permitted to participate in discussion on the same items listed on the agenda, which occur at the meeting, but no action will be taken by such in
attendance unless item and action is specifically provided for on an agenda for that body, board, commission or committee subject to the Texas Open
Meetings Act.
