CITY OF BRADY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING AGENDA TUESDAY, JUNE 9, AT 5:30 P.M. NOTICE is hereby given of a Regular Meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Brady, McCulloch County, State of Texas at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at the City of Brady Municipal Court Building located at 207 South Elm Street, Brady, Texas for the purpose of considering the following items. The Planning and Zoning Commission reserves the right to meet in closed session on any of the items listed below should the need arise and if applicable, pursuant to authorization by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code. Discussion, consideration, and possible recommendations to City Council regarding an amendment to the City of Brady Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 14, Article 14.02 revising and clarifying provisions relating to Accessory Tom Flanigan structures. Commission Member B. A public hearing to receive comments from the public regarding an amendment to the City of Brady Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 14, Article 14.03 revising and Lisa Selensky clarifying provisions relating to Signs. Commission Member 1. Discussion, consideration, and possible recommendations to City Council regarding an amendment to the City of Brady Zoning Ordinance, Chapter Anthony Groves 14, Article 14.03 revising and clarifying provisions relating to Signs. Commission Member C. A public hearing to receive comments from the public regarding a new zoning district that would allow both Single Family and Manufactured Homes and James Griffin proposed location for this new designation in Brady, East of Bridge Street. Alternate Member 1. Discussion, consideration, and possible recommendations to City Council Laura Alsop regarding a new zoning district that would allow both Single Family and Secretary Manufactured Homes and proposed location options for this new designation in Brady, East of Bridge Street. 4.
