Chairman Kurzberg calls the meeting to order at 5:00 PM and requests that Ms. Manning take attendance for
the September 19, 2022 meeting via roll call: Chairman Kurzberg – present; Mark Preziosi – here, Maria
Bonfiglioli – here, Marta Googins – here. Four members are in attendance. Members Diane Francis, Ron Frazier
and Darryl Mikami are noted as absent.
Chairman Kurzberg opens with a statement the meeting by noting that due to unforeseen circumstances, the
purpose of tonight’s meeting is to continue three matters to Monday October 3, 2022. The Annual Community
Preservation Public Meeting and the two New Projects, Town Hall Handicap Ramp and the Middle Street Trail,
will be continued. Chairman Kurzberg would also like to get the Board Members input regarding whether
October 3, 2022 should be held in person or virtually. After brief comments, Chairman Kurzberg notes that the
Committee will meet in person on October 3, 2022.
Member Googins MOTION to continue the Annual Community Preservation Public Meeting to October 3, 2022;
seconded by Member Bonfiglioli; voted by roll call (4:0:0 votes: Chairman Kurzberg: YES; Member Preziosi:
YES; Member Bonfiglioli: YES; Member Googins: YES; Member Francis, Member Frazier and Member Mikami
are noted as absent.
Member Googins MOTION to continue the New Project, Town Hall Handicap Ramp, to the October 3, 2022
