ADJOURNMENT 9.1 Adjournment Motion to adjourn at pm Page 1 of 3  Village of Breedsville 82 E Main St. PO Box 152 Breedsville, MI 49027 (269) 427-9029 RESOLUTION 2022-08 RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE PRESIDENT AND CLERK TO SIGN AND ACCEPT THE CONTRACTS FOR N PINE ST PROJECT MDOT Agreement 22-5063 WHEREAS, the village of Breedsville, county of Van Buren, State of Michigan following resolution and moved for the adoption: WHEREAS, the Village of Breedsville, County of Van Buren, State of Michigan. that the Contract Number 25063; Control Section: STL80000; Job Number; 206991CON: Location: N Pine Street.; by and between the MICHIGAN DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION and the VILLAGE OF BREEDSVILLE; and WHEREAS, the Village of Breedsville Council hereby authorizes the following Officials to sign jointly, required said contracts: Steven Rogusta, President, Village of Breedsville Linda Norton, Clerk, Village of Breedsville; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Village of Breedsville, County of Van Buren, State of Michigan. that the Village Council hereby approves the President and Clerk, jointly, to sign required contracts and supporting documents with the Michigan Department of Transportation for the work and payments for hot mix asphalt crushing, shaping, and resurfacing work along N. Pine Street from Corner of Main st to pine street to the North of the Village limits of Breedsville, and further, that the Council is accepting the Michigan Department of Transportation’s active participation in the project FURTHER, be it resolved that this resolution shall be entered upon the journals of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Breedsville.
