Public Comments
COMMENT: Jeffrey Clark, Perry Street
Concerned that items in the agenda don’t have item amounts needed listed. He is also
concerned about the way new and old business items are being established on the agenda.
He mentioned that he would like to have a notice going out to the residents be via the calendar
feature online for future agendas.
COMMENT: Martha Walsh, Taylor Street
Congratulates the new elected Council. He comes today to make the Council aware of the
traffic issues specifically with speeding, as well as streetlights missing on Taylor Street. There
is a need of more lighting for safely. His 3rd concern is that they have mud water and corrosion
happening from his neighbors building and would like help to resolve these problems.
COMMENT: Jose Hernandez, 40th Street
He wanted to come and speak about his driveway building permit. He has obtained the permit
from the County and would like to have it approved. Due to lack of parking on his street this is
an urgent matter for him. The dimensions are ok by County standards and he understands that
they are against the Town therefore he is requesting a variance from the Town. Council
advised him to make a written request and Vice Mayor Olano will follow up with this.
