Bates Operations Manager will be present to address officials’ and resident concerns. 2. Corman Construction Request for Land Space. The Mayor and Council will consider accommodating this request for space near the maintenance yard to house operations trailers during levee work project in Spring 2018. 3. Language of Ethics Ordinance Draft presented by Ethics Committee Chair and Town Attorney 4. Prince George’s County Summer Youth Employment Program. The Mayor and Council will review proposal and MOU and consider being a host work site for the program this summer. 5. Sanctuary (Welcoming) City Forum Follow Up and Next Steps. The Mayor and Council will review the forum outcomes and determine next steps on moving the initiative and legislation forward. 6. Code Enforcement Property Status Report and Department Update. CEO Heyliger will present the report and update the Mayor and Council on Code matters and receive questions. 7. Electronic Payment Conversion and Budget Update Matters. Per request of the Mayor and Council, the Treasurer has prepared a list of recommended recurring that may be approved for electronic payment. 8. Maintenance of 38th Street. The Mayor and Council will consider the status of 38th Street and the process for requesting it be returned to SHA maintenance jurisdiction. 9. Bike Plan Update. The Committee will present an update to the Mayor and Council followed by discussion. 10. Review of Outstanding Minutes. Mayor and Council will review all unapproved minutes for approval during the full meeting on 21 Feb. 11. Welcome Packet Finalization. Draft document will be reviewed for finalization. 12. Civic Plus Website Provider. Requested Item 13. National League of Cities Membership and Conference. Mayor and Council will discuss both. Consideration deferred from previous meeting. 14.
