Brentwood Town Center Permitting Update and Next Steps. The Mayor and Council will consider the next phases of the project. 2. Request for Town Hall Use for a Latino Business Event. Mayoral request. 3. Summer Meeting and Newsletter Schedule Mayor and Council will discuss and determine July and August meeting dates and summer publication of the newsletter. 4. Water Ponding and Mosquito Control Issues. Concerns on this will be addressed and potential solutions discussed and decided. 5. RFP for Strategic Planning Services and Town Survey Initiative. Mayor and Council will review the RFP draft and consent to its release. The recently drafted community survey will support this plan. The body will survey responses received at Brentwood Day and determine its most effective use. 6.. Gazebo Policy. The Mayor and Council will reconsider the current policy 7. Brentwood Tree Plan. Mayor and Council will be updated on the tree plan (in accordance with the Charter requirement) and determine the schedule for passage. 8. CDBG PY-43 Engineering Proposal. Mayor and Council will consider the proposal submitted for services related to the sidewalk project. 9. Brentwood Police Department Items for Consideration. Schedule Opto Traffic presentation, planning for National Night Out, installation of basketball nets and soccer goals, scheduling Town Hall Meeting with the Chief, and a one day Kids Camp in August. 10. Zoning Rewrite Response. Mayor and Council will discuss the recent Zoning Rewrite, its impact on Brentwood and the official response. 11. Maintenance of 38th Street. The Mayor and Council will consider document drafted by SHA concerning 38th Street and the process for returning it to SHA maintenance jurisdiction. 12. Maintenance Yard Roof Repairs and Compliance Upgrades. The Mayor and Council will be updated on facility requirements. 13. FY-19 Budget Encumbrances. Mayor and Council will determine which funds should be earmarked and set aside. 14. Resolution 2018-05 Residential Permit Parking on Webster Street. Mayor and Council will consider this resolution as a means to address ambiguity in time restrictions. 15. Bates Service Contract Amendment. Mayor and Council will review document which changes yard waste service to Mondays and will schedule this amendment for approval. 16. Town Hall Closure on June 26th for Election Day. Per usual practice.
