Peake Technology Update and Email Conversion Proposal. Peake will address any questions and concerns about current service and then present a proposal to convert Town email to Office 365. 2. Landex Development Projects. The Mayor and Council will discuss the impacts of this development the upcoming opening of Studio 3807. 3. Sediment Erosion Control Ordinance Presently with the attorney and is scheduled for First Reading on October 17th. 4. Brentwood Business Association Resuming Activity. Proposal to have a BBA activity on October 26th will be discussed and considered. Mayor will update on the PGEDC participation. 5. RFP for Strategic Planning Services. Mayor and Council will review the two proposals that have been received and prepare to accept one of them on October 17th. 6.Social Media Policy. Mayor and Council will discuss the draft policy and outline a path for potential adoption. 7. Weed Ordinance Updates. Mayor and Council will review document received back from the attorney and will approve for first reading on October 17th. 8. Town Hall Facility Use Policy Mayor and Council will review and amend draft policy to allow community use of the Town Hall. 9. Community Forest Workshops. Mayor and Council will discuss attendance for this event. 10. International Day Planning Report. The Mayor and Council will receive final briefing on the event’s details. 11. Civic Plus Website Provider. Requested Item. Requesting the committee update M&C on status and timeline for upgrades. 12. CSX Railroad Community Matters. The Mayor will be briefed on some issues related to the CSX track we share with neighboring towns.
