MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF BRENTWOOD

The new Town Clerk, Ms. Giselle Richards, will be sworn in at 6:30 PM followed by a brief
reception to welcome her to the Town of Brentwood.

Working Agenda Items
1. WSSC Water Main Replacement Update. A representative will be present to speak on the
progress and the forecast of the project.
2. Mapping Racism Presentation from Joe’s Movement Emporium. Representative will
present on upcoming event.
3. Windom Road Parking Elimination. Mayor and Council will consider and determine
whether to eliminate parking on Windom Road near 38th Place.
4. Parking Devices and Contract. The Chief will brief the Mayor and Council on this topic.
5. Windom Road Barrier Project MOU. The Mayor and Council will review MOU which has not
been approved by the attorney pending Council finalization.
6. Artisan 4100 Construction Project. Mayor and Council will discuss the progress and
current impact of this development project.
7. Senior Tax Freeze. Mayor and Council will discuss feasibility and potential impact of a
property tax freeze proposal benefitting our senior residents.
8. Municipal Property Purchases. Mayor and Council will begin strategic discussion of
potential property purchases within the Town.
9. Electric Vehicle Purchase. Mayor and Council will discuss the proposed purchase of an
electric vehicle for the Code Enforcement office.
10. Review of FY 2019 Minutes. Mayor and Council will review unapproved FY-19 meeting
minutes in preparation for approval in the February Council Meeting.
11. Small Cell Tower Update. The Mayor will update the Council on this topic and its potential
impact on Brentwood.
** A Special Meeting may be called to address any items determined to require an immediate
vote.
** A Closed Session may be called if necessary.
