Treasurer Report 5. Code Enforcement Report 6. Town Clerk’s Report a) Deposit & activity Report 7. Town Administrator Report 8. Mayor and Council Reports 9. Consent Items: a) Consent to receive reports. 10. Old Business: a) Quotes for sanitizing/cleaning town hall. Mayor and Council will review and approve quotes for cleaning during the covid-19 crisis. b) Leaf Vacuum – the purchase of a leaf vacuum for the maintenance department. Possible cost $70K - $100K Mayor and Council will review and approve quotes for a new leaf vacuum. c) Tree Removal Proposal – Approval of submitted proposal for tree removal. Mayor and Council will review and approve quotes for removal of dead trees around town. d) Non-Citizen Municipal Voting Resolution Mayor and Council will move to enact said resolution. 11. New Business: a) Resolution 2020-03 for Black Lives Matters Mayor and Council will introduce and sign a new resolution for Black Lives Matter. b) Presentation by UpKeep Mayor and Council will discuss the demo of maintenance department work order production and tracking system.
