Announcements Working Agenda Items  Parking Permit Mayor and Council will review and discuss the next steps.  Maryland Pension Plan Treasure will provide update. Mayor & Council will decide how to proceed.  Town Initiatives Mayor and council will discuss what initiatives they would like to achieve to present to lobbying group to focus on.  Phone system Mayor and council will consider quotes for new phone system at town hall.   HUR funding Mayor and council will review funds from HUR.  Town activities Mayor and council will discuss future of town activities.  Application for non-citizens voters Mayor and council will discuss what the application should look like and what information to request.  COVID Relief fund Mayor and council will discuss status of fund.  Lobbying Group Mayor and council may go into Special meeting to approve funds.
