Consent to proceed with sending the RFP to 5 of the 6 vendors who responded to the RFQ. Approval of letter of support for County Bill CB-4-2021, Housing Investment Trust Fund-Sustainable Source of Funding 11)Old Business: a) Community Shred Mayor & Council will review and select a vendor to host event. b) MOU with State Highway Administration (SHA) for Rt. 1 lawn care and litter pickup TA will provide 3 estimates from landscapers to determine if the town will utilize contractor or town staff to complete the work. c) RFP for waste removal Mayor & Council will approve RFP to be sent out. 12)New Business: a) Easter Egg Hunt Mayor & Council will approve funds to host event for kids. b) Election Update c) Soccer Goals Mayor is seeking approval to add two soccer goals to Bartlett Park for kids.
