HUNTER RIDGE – John Stark The Planning Commission will review a retaining wall per Land Management Code 9.12.11. The proposed retaining wall will be located at 700 W. Hunter Ridge. 2. SCHEMATIC REVIEW FOR KAIVA SUBDIVISION The Commission will review an application for a Schematic Plan Review for the Kaiva property located on the south end of Town (AKA The Summit). 3. PUBLIC HEARING – CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CROOKED CREEK CONVENIENCE CENTER The Planning Commission will hear public comment regarding an application for a Conditional Use permit for 414 N. Hwy 143. The applicant is requesting the Conditional Use for the purpose of building and operating a convenience center/service station. 4. PUBLIC HEARING – CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CROOKED CREEK CAMPGROUND The Planning Commission will hear public comment regarding an application for a Conditional Use permit for 362 N. Hwy 143. The applicant is requesting the Conditional Use for the purpose of building and operating a campground/RV Park. 5. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT -CROOKED CREEK CONVENIENCE CENTER The Commission will review a Conditional Use Permit application for 414 N. Hwy 143. The applicant is requesting the Conditional Use for the purpose of building and operating a convenience center/service station. 6. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT -CROOKED CREEK CAMPGROUND / RV PARK The Commission will review a Conditional Use Permit application for 414 N. Hwy 143. The applicant is requesting the Conditional Use for the purpose of building and operating a convenience center/service station. F.
