CALL TO ORDER B. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: January 12, 2026, Trail Committee Meeting. C. AGENDA ITEMS 1. PREPARATION FOR MAY TRAILS VOLUNTEER DAY. Trace Whitelaw, Committee Chair. The Committee members will discuss, plan and make assignments to carry out a Trails Volunteer Day in May 2026. 2. PLAN COMMITTEE TRAIL EXCURSION. Mike Saemisch, Ex-Officio Committee Member. The Committee will set a date and make plans for an excursion to the historic pioneer trail from 3. ACTION STEPS FOR FY 2027. Bret Howser, Committee Secretary. Mr. Howser will present the action steps included in the draft FY 2027 Strategic Plan related to trails. The Committee will make suggestions/alterations. 4. FUTURE AGENDAS. Trace Whitelaw, Committee Chair. The Committee will discuss items for inclusion on future agendas. D.
