AGENDA ITEMS: 1. APPROVAL OF A BUILDING/GRADING PERMIT FOR ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER.: Greg Sant, Planning Administrator. Rocky Mountain Power hired Bulloch Dirt Works to prepare their substation site on Highway 143. Planning Commission will review their application for a Grading Permit in order to take Administrative Action. 2. APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN EXISTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AT 339 SPRUCE ST.: Greg Sant, Planning Administrator. The Commission will consider an amendment to a CUP for fuel tanks and review of existing conditions. 3. 2025 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING SCHEDULE: Ciera Claridge, Deputy Clerk. The Planning Commission will approve the 2025 meeting schedule. F. ADJOURNMENT Date: December 3, 2024 Available to Board Members as per Ordinance No. 11-003 authorizes public bodies, including the Town, to establish written procedures governing the calling and holding of electronic meetings at which one or more members of the Council may participate by means of a telephonic or telecommunications conference.
