Commission will discuss the Brian Head LMC Policy on Nightly Rentals. 2. DISCUSSION ITEM – ADU LMC Policy: Greg Sant, Building and Planning Administrator. Commission will discuss the Brian Head LMC Policy on Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU). G.
