Becky Bennett, Town Planner. The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the amended CUP for Utah ATV Rentals. 2. DECISION on Amended CUP for 468 N Hwy 143. Becky Bennett, Town Planner. The Planning Commission will decide whether to grant the amended CUP. 3. PUBLIC HEARING for Land Management Code Changes in Chapter 9 regarding Water Acquisition for new Subdivisions. Bret Howser, Town Manager & Becky Bennett, Town Planner. The Commission will hear public comment on the potential changes for the land management code. 4. DECISION on the potential changes for the Land Management Code chapter 9 regarding water acquisition for new subdivisions. Bret Howser, Town Manager & Becky Bennett, Town Planner. The Commission will discuss and make a recommendation to the Town Council regarding the potential changes to the Land Management Code. F.
