CALL TO ORDER B. PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE C. DISCLOSURES D. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: February 11, 2025, Town Council Meeting. E. REPORTS / PUBLIC INPUT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS. Public input is limited to three (3) minutes on non-agenda items. F. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. ELK DR., RANGER COURT & 275 EAST SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AREA RATIO DECISION/DIRECTION. Shane Williamson, Town Treasurer. The Council will determine the ratio coverage requirement for Elk Drive, Ranger Court and 275 East SAA ratio assessment and give directions to staff. 2. PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2025 BUDGET ADJUSTEMENT. The Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a proposed Budget Adjustment for the Town and the Redevelopment Agency. Comments are limited to three minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov no later than February 24, 2025, by 5pm. 3. FISCAL YEAR 2025 BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR THE TOWN BUDGET AND REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BUDGET ENDING JUNE 30, 2025. Shane Williamson, Town Treasurer. The Council will consider an ordinance amending the FY2025 Town Budget and acting as the governing body for the Redevelopment Agency, consider a resolution amending the FY2025 Redevelopment Agency Budget. 4. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. The Council will discuss potential items for future agendas. G.
