D. DISCLOSURES E. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: March 11, 2025 Meeting Minutes March 25, 2025 Meeting Minutes F. REPORTS / PUBLIC INPUT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS. Public input is limited to three (3) minutes on non-agenda items. G. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. PUBLIC HEARING: LAND MANAGEMENT CODE AMENDMENT, CHAPTER 7, ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS. After a brief introduction, the Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a proposed amendment to the Land Management Code relating to Accessory Dwelling Units. Comments are limited to three minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than April 21, 2025, by 5PM (MST). 2. NIGHTLY RENTAL CODE AMENDMENT DISCUSSION. Nancy Leigh, Town Clerk. The Council will review proposed amendments to the Nightly Rental Code as it pertains to fractional/multiple ownership and occupancy requirements. 3. LAND MANAGEMENT CODE DISCUSSION ON NIGHTLY RENTAL ZONING. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will discuss potential amendments to the Land Management Code addressing Nightly Rental zones. 4. CONSTRUCTION MITIGATION ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY. Greg Sant, Planning & Building Administrator. The Council will consider approval for a proposed administrative policy to mitigate and manage construction activities within the town. 5. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. Discussion on potential items for future Council agendas. H.
