REPORTS / PUBLIC INPUT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS. Public input is limited to three (3) minutes on non-agenda items. F. AGENDA ITEMS 1. APPROVAL OF ENGINEERING CONTRACT FOR LAND USE. Greg Sant, Planning & Building Administrator. The Council will consider a contract award for engineering services. 2. TOWN COUNCIL VACANCY DISCUSSION. Nancy Leigh, Town Clerk. The Council will hold a discussion on the process for a vacancy in the Town Council. . 3. FY2026 CONSOLIDATED FEE SCHEDULE AMENDMENT. Nancy Leigh, Town Clerk. The Council will consider a resolution amending the FY2026 Consolidated Fee Schedule for the Nightly Rental Disproportionate Cost of Service Fee. 4. 2025 ARBOR DAY PROCLAMATION. Nancy Leigh, Town Clerk. The Council will consider a Proclamation designating July 24, 2025, as Brian Head Arbor Day. 5. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. Discussion on potential items for future Council agendas. G.
