PLANNING/BUILDING AD HOC COMMITTEE. The Council will continue their discussion on the Planning/Building Ad Hoc Committee. 2. AMERICA 250th ANNIVERSARY COMMITTEE RESOLUTION. Ciera Claridge, Deputy Clerk. The Council will consider creating the America 250 th Committee for the upcoming 250th of the United State. 3. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. Discussion on potential items for future Council agendas. F.
