RE: Briarcliff Manor Fire Headquarters Patio Project
Listed below and attached you will find items the FD is looking to purchase and work to be
performed for the patio project at the Village's Fire Department Headquarters. A BMFD
representative will be at the meeting to answer any questions.
• Natural gas fire pit $5,500.00
• 6 Adirondack chairs and tables $2,100.00
• Gas and electrical work $500.00
• Sunsetter awning $8,500.00
These items above are looking to be covered through the Ambulance Capital account unless
they will need to be contracted out.
Work to be performed by DPW (if available) otherwise, contracted out:
• Pourmg/stamping concrete
• Installing bollards
• Installing awning
• All other work to be performed by FD members including gas line and electrical
Listed below is the general project description:
• Retractable Awning, 14 foot electrical controlled canopy on the brick fa9ade
• Increase the enlarge the patio width to approx. 1 8 feet (see picture)
• Length to remain the same
• Existing concrete to be removed and replaced
• Concrete will fill the whole patio area

Rework of grade for water run off
Plants removed (not to be replaced)
Bollards to be removed and relocated (possible additional)
Road signage to be removed
Installation of 6 foot fence (wood or metal)
Fire pit (natural gas) gas line is existing needs to relocated

Natural gas hook up for BBQ grills
