V-3-2020 - Martinez 12 Pine Court An application to legalize an open wood deck at an existing single family dwelling was denied due to nonconformity with Column 8, Front Yard Minimum Yard Dimensions of Schedule 220 Attachment 2 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor whereby 40 feet is required and 35.5 feet is proposed, Column 9, One Side Yard Minimum Yard Dimensions of Schedule 220 Attachment 2 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor whereby 16 feet is required and 12.5 feet is proposed and Column 11, Rear Yard Minimum Yard Dimensions of Schedule 220 Attachment 2 whereby 30 feet is required and 23.4 feet is proposed. The property has double frontage on Pine Court and Route 9A. 2. V-4-2020 - Marroquin 72 Hazelton Circle An application to install a fence on the Route 9A frontage at an existing single family dwelling was denied due to nonconformity with Column 3, Permitted Accessory Uses, Item 11 of Schedule 220 Attachment 1 whereby four (4) feet in height in allowable and eight (8) is proposed. The property has double frontage on Hazelton Circle and Route 9A. 3. V-5-2020 - Badavas 450 Scarborough Road An application to construct additions and alterations at an existing single family dwelling was denied due to nonconformity with Column 9A, One Side Yard Minimum Yard Dimensions of Schedule 220 Attachment 2:1 whereby 40 feet is required and 22.75 feet is proposed. The existing structure has a setback of 24.6 feet and it preexisting nonconforming.
