V-9-2020 - LaFleur 3 Valentine Road An application for a building permit to construct an open wood deck at an existing single-family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 8, Front Yard Minimum Yard Dimensions of Schedule 220 Attachment 2 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor whereby 40 feet is required, 33.5 feet is proposed on the Simpson Road frontage. 2. V-10-2020 - Reis 190 Long Hill Road An application to install a new in-ground swimming pool for a future single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Section 220.9, Regulations of Swimming Pools; paragraph B. (3) where 100 feet is required from the Long Hill Road East Front Yard property line and 61.8 feet is proposed.
