DUE TO THE CANCELLATION OF THEIR OCTOBER 31, 2022 MEETING, THE PERSONNEL BOARD WILL MEET ON NOVEMBER 1, 2022 AT 6:00PM IN THE MAYOR’S CONFERENCE AREA WITH THE FOLLOWING AGENDA VILLAGE OF BRIDGEVIEW PERSONNEL BOARD AGENDA SPECIAL MEETING CALLED BY CHAIRMAN LEWIS AT THE OCTOBER 18, 2022 MEETING FOR NOVEMBER 1, 2022 1. Call to order. 2. Roll call. 3. Approve minutes of the special meeting of October 18, 2022. 4. Closed session regarding Review of previous closed session minutes and Interviews with three Police Officer candidates. 5. Action on closed session items. 6. Payment of bills. 7. Public participation/Public comments.* 8. Adjourn. *Referring to the Personnel Board’s Resolution Number 2020-1, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MODIFICATIONS TO MEETINGS OF THE PERSONNEL BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF BRIDGEVIVEW OCCURRING DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, passed on April 27, 2020, and specifically # 5 of SECTION THREE of said Resolution; “5. A person desiring to make public comment may email their public comment to Gary Lewis at glewis@villageofbridgeview.com by 5:00 p.m. on any day upon which the Personnel Board holds a meeting during this period. Public Comments received by email will be read during the public comment section and will be noted in the meeting minutes. Emailed public comments must be limited to 200 words, must identify the commenter, and are limited to one (1) comment per person.” NOTE: This email may be mailed prior to the 5:00 p.m. deadline. At the same time of his/her emailing to the chairman, the commenter should cc (copy) it to the secretary to the Personnel Board at csiciliano@villageofbridgeview.com so that it can be noted in the minutes for the meeting.
